
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SP Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we offer is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to ensure the best experience for you. As many of our items are handcrafted, traditional, and made in limited quantities, please read our refund and exchange policy below carefully before purchasing.
1. General Policy
• All purchases made through our website www.spcollections.co.uk are final.
• We currently do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sproyalcollections@gmail.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
• A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit (valid for 6 months). Refunds are considered only if the replacement is unavailable.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Sarees, blouses, jewelry, and accessories
• Gift hampers or promotional bundles
• Products purchased during discount or clearance sales
• Custom-stitched or altered items
4. Color & Material Disclaimer
Please note that product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to studio lighting, screen resolution, and photography effects. Handcrafted textiles may show natural weaving irregularities — these are not defects but unique characteristics of handmade products.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed. If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, contact us immediately — we'll verify and issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.
6. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact information, and product selection. SP Collections is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
